A Compressed Cabinet Air Conditioner is a compact cooling system designed for enclosed equipment such as telecom cabinets or electrical control panels, primarily used for heat dissipation and temperature/humidity regulation. Its core working principles include:
  • Refrigeration Cycle

    Based on the vapor compression refrigeration principle, it operates through four key components: compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator

    The refrigerant absorbs heat from the cabinet’s internal air (via the evaporator), then releases heat to the external environment after being pressurized by the compressor (via the condenser), achieving heat transfer
  • Air Circulation

    Built-in fans force convection, drawing hot air from the cabinet into the unit, cooling it, and recirculating it back (closed-loop)

    Some models feature dual air circulation (internal/external) to block dust/moisture ingress (ideal for high IP-rated environments)
