Enclosure Air Conditioner Cooling princple : the high-pressure refrigerant liquid in the system enters the evaporator and evaporates to absorb heat of the air in the cabinet, so the air is cooled, and the refrigerant that evaporates into gas in the evaporator is inhaled by the compressor and compressed into the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant gas, which enters the condenser and cooled to refrigerant liquid, and then re-enters the evaporator to cool the indoor air, and circulates accordingly

The 1300W enclosure air conditioner is widely used across multiple industries.
Maintains stable operating temperatures for telecommunications equipment, fiber optic systems, routers, switches, and wireless communication devices.
Provides effective cooling for battery management systems and lithium battery storage applications.
Protects PLCs, VFDs, industrial computers, and control systems from excessive heat buildup.
Suitable for traffic signal systems, intelligent transportation infrastructure, and roadside control cabinets.
Maintains reliable operation of CCTV, security monitoring, and access control systems.
Ideal for solar power control cabinets, inverter enclosures, and energy management systems.
Outdoor enclosure air conditioners operate using a closed-loop refrigeration system.
The internal fan circulates hot air from inside the cabinet across the evaporator coil. Heat is absorbed and transferred through the refrigeration cycle to the condenser located on the external side of the unit. The cooled air is then returned to the enclosure while the heat is discharged to the surrounding environment.
This process ensures:
• Stable enclosure temperatures
• Protection against overheating
• Improved equipment lifespan
• Reduced system downtime
• Enhanced operational reliability
Using a dedicated enclosure air conditioner provides several advantages compared with passive ventilation solutions.
Maintains optimal operating temperatures for sensitive electronics.
Prevents heat-related component failures.
Reduces thermal stress on electronic devices.
Prevents dust, moisture, and contaminants from entering the enclosure.
Ensures stable operation regardless of outdoor weather conditions.
When choosing an enclosure cooling solution, consider:
Calculate the total heat generated by equipment installed inside the cabinet.
Evaluate maximum environmental temperatures in the installation area.
Larger enclosures may require higher cooling capacities.
Determine whether IP55, IP65, NEMA 4, or NEMA 4X protection is required.
Consider communication options such as RS485 and SNMP monitoring.
