The 5KW vertical plug-in industrial liquid cooler for battery cabinet is an integrated cooling solution developed for battery energy storage systems and containerized battery equipment.
This liquid cooling unit combines a refrigeration system and coolant circulation system in a compact modular design that can be embedded into equipment frames. By circulating a 50% ethylene glycol coolant, the system efficiently removes heat generated by batteries and maintains a stable operating temperature inside battery cabinets.
Equipped with intelligent temperature control, automatic restart after power failure, and RS485 communication capability, the cooler supports reliable remote monitoring and system integration. With a cooling capacity of 5KW and circulating flow up to 50L/min, it provides stable and energy-efficient cooling performance for modern battery storage applications.
