How to order
Choosing the right enclosure air conditioner is critical to ensure the protection and optimal performance of sensitive equipment in harsh environments. An industrial cabinet air conditioner helps maintain stable internal temperatures, preventing overheating and ensuring reliability. Here’s a guide on how to choose the right industrial electrical cabinet air conditioner for your needs.
The enclosure air conditioner must be capable of maintaining the ideal temperature for your equipment. Overheating can cause significant damage, so ensure that the air conditioning system can operate within the required temperature range for optimal performance.
Every industrial enclosure has a heat load determined by the equipment inside. The industrial cabinet air conditioners should be sized to handle this heat load, providing enough cooling capacity without overburdening the system.
Local climate conditions greatly impact the performance of the industrial enclosure air conditioner. In hot climates, the system should be able to operate efficiently even at high ambient temperatures. Make sure that the air conditioner is designed to handle local environmental extremes.
While cooling is crucial, consider the noise level of the enclosure air conditioner, especially if the system will be placed in noise-sensitive areas. Some systems are designed with noise-reduction features to minimize disturbances.
When selecting an industrial electrical cabinet air conditioner, think about future needs. As your equipment grows, your cooling requirements may increase. Choosing an air conditioner with some additional capacity ensures that your system remains effective as your needs expand.
By addressing these factors, you can choose an enclosure air conditioning system that meets your needs and guarantees long-term, reliable cooling performance.
When selecting an industrial enclosure air conditioner, ensure that it complies with relevant standards to guarantee safety and performance:
<GB 4208> – Enclosure Protection Class: Ensures the unit is sealed to protect against dust and water ingress.
<GB 4706.1> – Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances: Ensures the air conditioner meets electrical safety standards.
<GB 9237-2001> – Mechanical Refrigerating Systems: Covers safety requirements for refrigerant systems used in air conditioners.
<GB/T 17626.8> – Electromagnetic Compatibility: Ensures the unit doesn’t interfere with other electronic devices.
These standards help ensure that the enclosure air conditioner performs reliably and safely in your application.
Possible Causes:
Power failure or no power

Ambient temperature too high
Other system faults
Solutions:
Choose a higher-capacity industrial enclosure air conditioner if needed
Ensure the system operates within the recommended temperature range
Seek professional maintenance for system diagnostics
Possible Causes:
Cabinet temperature has reached or exceeded the cooling set point
Other system issues
Solutions:
Adjust the cooling set temperature to prevent shutdowns
Contact professional maintenance for further checks
The warranty period typically lasts 12 months from the product's operational start or up to 18 months from the delivery date, depending on the agreement with the manufacturer.
The warranty of enclosure air conditioner covers defects or failures caused by manufacturing issues during the warranty period. However, the following issues are not covered:
Failures outside the warranty period
Missing product labels
Damage due to improper installation, maintenance, or operation
Failures caused by other equipment or software
