300W 1020BTU 110V Industrial Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels

Cytech Industrial Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels achieves heat absorption refrigeration through compression refrigeration, transferring the heat emitted by the equipment inside the cabinet to the outside of the cabinet in a closed environment. The high temperature, dust and other dirty gases outside the cabinet will not enter the interior, thus solving a series of problems caused by fan heat dissipation. The interior of the cabinet can always maintain an ideal temperature environment of around 30 ℃, effectively ensuring the stability of electronic equipment.

◆ AC110V 60HZ power input
◆ 300W cooling capacity (optional configured with heater)
◆ High efficiency rotary compressor:Reliable & energy saving
◆ LED display:Parameters setting and operation display
◆ IP55 High protection level:Application in outdoors perfectly
◆ Wide operating temperature range:Adapt to all conditions

300W 1020BTU 110V Industrial Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels Certificate

300W 1020BTU 110V Industrial Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels Introduction

Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels or Outdoor electrical cabinet air conditioner is actively cooling by compressor, it will remove the heat inside the cabinet to outside. It also can keep the dust and heat outside the cabinet, avoiding problems from using fan. The temperature inside the cabinet can be maintained at an ideal temperature for electrical components which effectively guarantee the stability of the electronic equipment and improves the reliability of the whole system.

2. Thermal cycle and air flow of Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels

Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels Cooling Princple: the high-pressure refrigerant liquid in the system enters the evaporator and evaporates to absorb heat of the air in the cabinet, so the air is cooled, and the refrigerant that evaporates into gas in the evaporator is inhaled by the compressor and compressed into the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant gas, which enters the condenser and cooled to refrigerant liquid, and then re-enters the evaporator to cool the indoor air, and circulates accordingly.

How to Choose Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels?

Choosing the right Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels requires careful consideration of several critical factors to ensure that it meets the specific needs of your equipment and the environment. Whether for industrial electrical cabinet air conditioners or air conditioning for electrical panels, here are the key aspects to evaluate.

1. Acceptable Temperature Range for Your Equipment

Every piece of electrical equipment has an optimal temperature range for performance. The electrical panel air conditioning units should be capable of maintaining this range by efficiently removing heat. If the temperature exceeds this range, it could result in equipment damage or failure.

2. Heat Load of Equipment

Each electrical panel or cabinet generates a certain amount of heat depending on the equipment inside. The industrial electrical cabinet air conditioner must be sized to handle the total heat load of the equipment. Underestimating this can lead to insufficient cooling, impacting the performance and lifespan of the equipment.

3. Highest Local Ambient Temperature

The local climate plays a significant role in the performance of your outdoor electrical cabinet air conditioner. The air conditioning system must be able to function effectively under the highest expected ambient temperatures. Ensure that the unit is designed to handle the temperature extremes of the installation environment.

4. Noise Level

In some installations, noise can be a critical factor. Air conditioning for electrical panels in sensitive areas requires a cooling unit that operates at a low noise level to avoid disturbing nearby operations or meeting noise regulation standards.

5. Future Expansion

If you anticipate adding more equipment to your electrical panel or cabinet in the future, consider selecting an air conditioning unit with the capacity to accommodate potential heat load increases. Planning for future expansion ensures that the cooling system remains effective as the load grows.

By carefully evaluating these factors, you can choose a cabinet climate control system that ensures reliable, efficient operation for both the equipment and the environment.

Normative Standards for Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels

Adhering to relevant standards guarantees that your Air Conditioning for Electrical Panels meets safety, performance, and environmental compliance. Key standards include:

  • GB 4208: Enclosure Protection Class

  • GB 4706.1: Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances

  • GB 9237-2001: Safety Requirements for Mechanical Refrigerating Systems

  • GB/T 17626.8: Electromagnetic Compatibility - Testing and Measurement Techniques - Power Frequency Magnetic Field Immunity Test

Troubleshooting and Fault Analysis

Sometimes, issues arise with your electrical panel air conditioning units. Here's a brief guide to help you troubleshoot common problems:

Fault: Air Conditioner Is Not Working, but the Cabinet Temperature Is Too High

Possible Causes:

  • Power failure or no power

  • Cooling set temperature is higher than the cabinet temperature

  • System fault

Solutions:

  • Check the power supply and the electrical circuit

  • Adjust the cooling temperature according to needs

  • Contact professional maintenance if the problem persists

Fault: Air Conditioner Running, but Cooling Effect Is Poor

Possible Causes:

  • Cooling capacity mismatch with the load

  • Ambient temperature too high

  • System fault

Solutions:

  • Choose an air conditioner with a higher cooling capacity

  • Ensure that the machine operates within the correct temperature range

  • Contact professional maintenance for further diagnosis

Fault: Air Conditioner Stops Suddenly

Possible Causes:

  • Cabinet temperature exceeds or matches the cooling set temperature

  • System fault

Solutions:

  • Adjust the cooling temperature settings

  • Contact professional maintenance for system inspection
